Bob Riddick began his career in the Fall of 1974 while living in Northern Virginia. For Bob it was love at first sight and he has been a master of the trade ever since. While working in Warrenton, Virginia in the 1980’s, Bob learned old-school installation techniques of seam metal roofing, as well as slate and tile. Bob brought his craft to Smith Mountain Lake in the Spring of 1991. In the years that followed, he worked hard to establish his business and build his company’s reputation as one of the best in the area. Over the years the name spread and the business grew from Bob Riddick Roofing, Inc. to Bob Riddick Home Services, Inc. offering remodeling and roof & exterior cleaning services in addition to roofing. Bob has been blessed to find and train some great young individuals that share Bob’s enthusiasm and passion for the trade.
