"Great service and integrity. We purchased an entirely new EPDM roof about 9 years ago from Shadowfax Roofing. The roof came with a 10 year warranty on workmanship and lifetime on materials. About 5 years in I noticed something that needed repair, they came over and fixed it quickly without question. Just recently, a little over 9 years in, I noticed some dry rot around our chimney (notoriously difficult spots for leaking) and called them up. Ben came out (highly recommend Ben), spent 30 minutes inspecting the damage. concluded it was within the warranty. Five days later there were 3 guys repairing our roof. Awesome service! They could have cleaned up just a bit more as there were pieces of wood and materials here and there but that's a detail. They got the vast majority. Thank you ShadowFax!"
