"I highly recommend Rick's Main Roofing. The wind storm at Christmastime blew endcaps off my roof. As soon as I noticed, I called them, and Lisa Marie was both gracious and immediately helpful. Peter came over quickly, assessed the situation, and within an hour I had a proposal from Neal, the Director of Operations. The price was fair and I was scheduled immediately. We had a few weather delays, but again, Lisa Marie kept me updated daily so there were no surprises. Peter arrived as scheduled and he was incredibly professional and thoughtful, explaining what he was doing so I stayed informed. Lisa Marie even followed up afterwards and asked me to let her know how the roof performs in the upcoming rain storm. Impeccable customer service! Well done, Rick's Main Roofing!"
