"From the day they inspected my roof, the various phone conversations, to the actual sit down of the presentation, then to the actual work I will say 100% professional !!!! They informed me of the time the dumpster will show up and it did, they told me what time the roofers will show up on both days and they did, they told me what time the material will show up and it did. The workers did their jobs professionally, and they did a wonderful job on my roof and clean up both days, Nicolas showed up both days and spent a few hours each day keeping me in the loop. "Totally positive experience. My 3 tab asphalt shingles had wind damage and I didn't even know it. I did know my vent stack seals were shot so I was looking for roof repair. Reisch's rep, Ed Diaz, pointed out tell-tale signs of wind damage and proposed we get the opinion of my homeowner's insurance: USAA. They came by with their own inspector who climbed around my roof and agreed the roof was wind damaged. Yes, I was out some $$$ for the deductible, but that's chump-change compared to paying it all. As for the roof itself, it is so vastly superior to what was standard and to-code 20+ years back. My original roof was basic three tab, 25 year asphalt, tar paper and some aluminum flashing in the valleys. My new roof is a composite of 7 different GAF roofing products - from layered asphalt shingles, to ridge vents, drip edges, etc. All together it comes with a 50 year "Gold Pledge" limited warranty direct from GAF, listing Reisch as the "Certified Contractor". NIce touch. Finally, the crew that put it in was a very impressive team. Everybody knew what their job was and they went at it. They showed up like a storm at 8am and were wrapping up a beautiful new roof by 5pm; including their lunch break in the heat of the day. I should note, they replaced three sheets of plywood. My roof was worse off than I thought. I'll wrap up as I started by stating it was a totally positive experience."
