    "After many chances I’ve given to power home remodeling to fix the mistakes that were left on my home I have had enough! We had a huge project in Bristol, CT. Power did our windows, roof, siding, doors, and gutters. The crews that did the roof and windows were pretty good to be honest, but when it came to the siding which was last it was not good. The crew that came was not very good there was many mistakes made, fascia dented all over the place, damage to my central air unit outside my home, my downdraft oven vent completely covered, NAILS left EVERYWHERE! Sloppy covers on outlets and windows and windows left uncapped, the crew mistakenly took my aluminum ladder also which it has been months and I haven’t received it back. My vents for my exhaust fans in my attic were left detached on the inside which I had to fix! Outside outlets were sloppily covered which let bee’s in to make nest which we had to pay for exterminator to get rid of. I was supposed to be reimbursed haven’t seen that check either! There is many other issues besides the ones I have mentioned here to be honest..We have made several attempts to schedule someone to get here to fix the issues and even have made appointments and no one from power shows up! The company that financed the project is more concerned about the issues being fixed than power is! I went with this company because we have small children and me and my wife have full time jobs and businesses we run I didn’t want to have to go back and forth with several different companies to have the work done so it was easy and convenient to go with a single company I thought was capable of handling a job this big… man was I wrong! Everybody was so nice and helpful until things needed to be fixed now we can even get anyone to come fix the mistakes that were left on our home. It’s frustrating and now I regret putting trust in one company to do the job. I would use cation when getting work done with power home remodeling and best advice would be to not sign any work contracts saying the job is finished without inspecting everything with great detail! I thought with their reputation they were so proud of that I wouldn’t have to worry about sloppy, incomplete, and lazy practices done by less reputable contractors but again I was wrong. I am worried going forward about the warranties they offer on their products as well cause I can’t even get anyone to come here to fix the mistakes they have left on my house for months!"
