Mason City Roofing helped this young man learn great life experience, see and observe role models acting with integrity, and finish his goal. "I agreed to their proposal to remove and replace shingles and to convert the venting from box vents to ridge vent. The proposal stated all costs were included except siding work (if needed) and rotten wood (if found). My dissatisfaction is with the final bill having a surprise $250 charge. When questioned they said it was to fill the holes left from the removed box vents. I questioned why the charge was not listed on the proposal even though they knew holes would be exposed from the vents they proposed to remove!!! All I've received are a series of nonsensical explanations. Feels like I'm being fleeced. The installation crew did a fantastic job, the roof looks great! I was ready to give a glowing 5 star review until this debacle."
