"I hired JP Carroll to replace my roof. They were the cheapest quote I received but they have been around for many years and have an A+ rating from BBB. Even one of the other company's reps told me that JP Carroll was a reputable outfit. They arrived on time and were done on time. They were very conscientious of my needs, and they cleaned up nails and shingle debris so well that you wouldn't even know the roof had been replaced. I am very happy with their service and work."

"The roof material was near the end of there functional life. When a roofing company came though our neighborhood offering free quotation for lessening to their sales pitch.. This company quoted me $44,000 and if I signed that day, I could get $5,000 off the quote. My adult children told me not to accept the quote and get a second quote. I am glad I did, JP Carroll quoted us almost half the price The JP Carroll showed up at 7:00 am started putting up coverings to protect all the area’s near the house. By noon the old roof was gone and the sublayer of material were being laid down. The team of seven, five on the roof, two on the ground. The ground workers kept the ground clear of the old material and sent up the new material up to the roof as needed. The five on the roof worked as a team each knowing their task. By 6:00 pm the job was completed and the last scrapes of material were being picked up. It was a pleasure to watch the team working with each other, knowing what to do and doing it. At 7:00pm they were driving home and we were very happy with our new 3,000 square foot roof. Since the middle of August we have some heavy rains with high winds. Results no leaks, no missing tiles. "I had contacted Larry Carroll after knowing that my son had used him on his roofing job and was very satisfied. I knew that during the winter and on stormy occasions pieces of my roofing material would appear in my yard. Larry came over and met with me and did a complete inspection of my roof. He noticed that my skylight flashing was not installed properly and my roof had numerous spider cracks. We did have occasional leaking around the skylight and the numerous cracks explained the brittle nature of the shingles. He even helped me file a claim to recoup some of the expense from the present roof which I applied to my new roof. Larry was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He told us what to expect every step of the way from receiving the dumpster to the crew starting and finishing on a specific day. Everyone did their own specific job and did it well. My wife and I were very pleased throughout the entire process. Nice job goes to JP Carroll Roofing, sincerely, Bob and Linda Carlson"
