"I don’t even know where to begin. John (owner), Chris (PM), and Colton were very patient with me as my mortgage company was being very difficult to deal with. They even went as far to set up several phone meetings to explain the process. Once they knew it was going to be difficult, they still stuck with me and went ahead and replaced the roof, while the mortgage company does there end to release the funds. I would say it was about a 6 month process that should have taken a week at most. Now this is a True company that helps customers out no matter what. Everyone was awesome and I can’t thank them enough!! If you need your roof repaired, go with Blue Truss, there the damn best in the business, NO DOUBT!!"
"Honestly can’t say enough great things about Blue Truss and Senior Project Manager Chris Doyle. We had the good fortune of meeting Chris through a neighbor and almost immediately knew he was someone we could trust to guide us through a process that was unfamiliar to us. Like many families in Central Texas, we were working with insurance to recover damages to our home following a particularly severe hail storm. Chris did the initial inspection of the roof, gave us a fair assessment of the damage, and didn’t put any pressure on us to choose Blue Truss or make a quick decision. Chris educated us on questionable tactics some companies use to make sales, something we especially appreciated since companies were soliciting non-stop in the neighborhood. He provided us with a transparent estimate with each cost clearly itemized so we knew we were doing everything above board. The work was exceptional as well. The teams arrived exactly as planned and replaced the roof and gutters with remarkable attention to detail and extremely high quality materials. At the end of the day, they left our yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. We were one of the first homes in our neighborhood to have a new roof installed and I think our decision to use Blue Truss was the main factor. I would absolutely recommend Blue Truss to others and wouldn’t even consider another option for our home."
"Colton with Blue Truss was amazing to work with. I had hail damage and the insurance company only wanted to cover partial repair of the roof. Colton took a look at it and was positive that a full repair was needed for the damages. He did a thorough inspection and provided the insurance company with very detailed pictures and damages. This resulted in the insurance company sending a second inspector out to my property to access the damage. They went with a full roof replacement after the 2nd inspection and the information provided by Colton with Blue Truss. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any roofing questions, Colton was so great to work with very responsive and informative with all questions I had."
