"My wife and I are in our early 70’s. I’ve been lugging our window air conditioning units from storage to the windows and then back to storage. We decided to end this ordeal this year, due to my age and my back issues. I’m sure there are many people who do what I’ve been doing. I searched social media and read reviews and did my research. I decided to call. ADH Group for some info. An appointment was quickly made for a customer service rep to visit our home. A very nice young man came out to talk with us. Sebastian B was prompt, neat, pleasant and knowledgeable. We made our decision in less than an hour to sign a contract. Soon after we received welcoming calls from ADH Group representatives to set up an appointment with Joe, a technician to come and review the property, where we were going to install the condensers, the room mini-split wall units and our electrical setup. That was done nicely by Joe. We had out choice of system, either Mitsubishi or Gree, we chose the Gree units. Next we received our installation date, which to my happiness was less than a week. My wife and I couldn’t wait to finally have this Air conditioning in our home, of which I lugged A/C units for 45 years! Finally, that old saying. (It’s never too late ) has a real meaning to us. On the day of the installation a crew came of 2 men, they were very, very nice. They were quiet, neat, professional and pleasant. The did their work and set up 2 outside compressor units, and 3 wall mounted mini-split indoor units There was plenty of work to be done, drilling, running electrical lines, running cooling cable and drainage lines. I guess I never thought about all that work that’s required, but I’m glad I left it all up to them I just sat back, relaxed and watched them do their magic. At the end of the day, they were finished, showed me how to use our remote devices to run the units. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that I can finally have heat in our cold sunroom in the winter and cooling in the summer. Surely our dining room and bedroom will also be much more climate controlled. So, yes I have given a long review of my experience with ADH Group, because I am happy with them. I saw on their website that there are many more home improvement and repairs that they do. Take a look at ADH Group website before making your choice. One thing that I really liked is that if I ever wanted any type of altercation done to the work, Christian was very responsive, and always said that he would take care of it.
